Every Amalily piece comes in a complimentary suede pouch.
Gift packaging can be added for £4.00 and includes a gift box, luxury wrapping and satin ribbon — beautifully prepared and ready for gifting.

After Ordering
What happens after I’ve ordered?
As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a second email containing your tracking information.
Returns
We hope you love your Amalily pieces as much as we do!
If you do wish to return your order, returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your item for a refund, exchange or store credit gift card.
Please email info@amalily.com with your order number and we will provide return instructions.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging.
Return postage costs are not covered by Amalily and returns must be sent via tracked post.
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on earrings made from Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel / Gold Stainless Steel, 9ct Gold or 18ct Gold.
