To be eligible for an exchange or a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number and receipt in the package. Shipping return costs are not covered.
Returns must be sent via tracked post - 1st class recorded (With Royal Mail) or an equivalent postal company.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@amalily.com with the order number and details of exchange or refund. We will then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we do not accept returns for earrings.
