Each item of Amalily jewellery comes in a complimentary suede pouch. If you'd like a gift box, you can add the gift packaging option for an extra £4.00.
What happens after I’ve ordered?.
As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an automatic email confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch notification email with tracking information....------------------------------------------------------------------------Returns
We hope you love your Amalily piece/s as much as we do, but if you do wish to return, you may up to 14 days after receiving your item/s by way of a refund, exchange or credit gift card. Just send us an email to info@amalily.com with the order number and we will send further instructions.To be eligible for an exchange or a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number in the package. Return shipping costs are not covered by us and returns must be sent via tracked post please.
For earring returns, we do accept earring returns for earrings made in the following metals: Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel/Gold Stainless Steel and 9ct Gold or 18ct Gold. We cannot accept returns for any other earring metal due to hygiene reasons as they cannot be cleaned effectively.
